Refund policy
Tarot Readings & Digital Services
All tarot readings and digital services are personalised and created specifically for you. As such, refunds cannot be offered once a reading has been delivered or begun.
By purchasing, you agree that your reading may be started immediately and you waive your 14-day cooling-off period for digital services.
Food Items
Due to the nature of food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food products, including but not limited to tea, biscuits, and confectionery.
Food items are non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on any food products.
Subscriptions (Mailing Club / Boxes)
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the plan you select.
Payments will be taken automatically for each billing cycle unless you choose to cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations will apply to future orders only and will not affect any boxes already processed or dispatched.
We are unable to offer refunds for boxes already shipped or for missed deliveries due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock.
We may take full or partial payment at checkout or at a later agreed date.
Pre-orders can be cancelled before fulfilment for a full refund. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a refund if the item is faulty or incorrect.
Other Physical Items (Non-Food Products)
You may return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we will provide a returns label and cover return costs.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
